Running a cleaning business while fighting cancer and depression

I found out about a month ago I had a biopsy on my prostate. This came up because of the results of a PSA blood test (Prostate-specific antigen cancer test). The PSA test results were a “28” on a scale of 1 to 4 showing a healthy prostate. My test result came up with 28.
Prostate cancer is what I call a “stupid” cancer. The surgery will maim me, but the cancer won’t kill me. Stupid cancer.
So as of this writing, sometimes in the future I will have an operation to remove my prostate and urethra to the size of the cancer. Unfortunately, the urethra reduction leads to a reduction in penis size.
How does this relate to house cleaning? I have had super low, lows. I already “suffer” with depression, so this adds a scary and annoying spin to life. This makes work difficult.
I will be out of commission for at least two weeks while I heal from the surgery. I think my gals are up to the challenge.
