I’ve been working for myself for decades now. Most running house cleaning businesses with no employees.

A year ago that changed and I now have three people working for me cleaning homes. 

On this website I am sharing what I know about running a business and what I’ve learned about running a cleaning business that has employees. 

P.S. Of note, I bought a residental property management business in 2005. I grew this business from 28 doors managed to 130 door managed. In 2015 I sold that business for three times what I paid for it. 

 Why mention that? It is because I know how to run a large business.
